With the ringer, navigation, and media volumes all the way up I can't get any voice output out of the EVO. Beep option works fine.

Something I'm missing?

Your EVO may not have the voice data required for text-to-speech. To install, go to:

Menu -> Settings -> Voice input & output settings -> Text-to-speech settings -> Install voice data

You may also adjust other settings there, too.

Thanks, that's some fast support, I took two seconds to look for other tips...

Seems I had voice support already installed, but for some reason just looking at the options seemed to get it working. Weird.

Whatever happened, it's working now.
