Trackaroo Trackmaster

I'm trying to update the pictures on my site on Mytrackmaster. It went right just once (with a picture that didn't meet the WxH requirements). But when I tried to change or with any other picture/logo I tried to upload since then I keep getting the same error:

"The upload was canceled because there was an error in the server.
Server error is:

com.google.apphosting.api.ApiProxySRequestTooLargeException: The request to API call datastore_v3.put() was too large."

I'm using google chrome, but tried with other browsers as well with the same error as result. I also tried large files, small files, right size files, nothing seems to work!

Can anybody point me in the right direction where to find a solution?

Errr, all fields!

Driver picture, sponsor pictures etc. Only once did I manage to get the driver picture updated (and this was the one time I did have a picture which was larger then 200x200 pix).

ps. just tried to upload from my Asus Transformer Tablet (Android). This gives a "Invalid file format" error. They are normal .jpg files as far as I can see so I don't know what's wrong.

Thanks a lot, I could upload a profile picture and the first sponsor. However, after uploading the images for the other sponsors all sponsors keep showing the logo for the first sponsor.
