Sync problem

Hi!

I can't use the sync function. It is enabled on the android phone but does not sync. When I log in mytrackmaster it shows no data at all.
I read from previous posts that there is a way to manually force sync but I do not find this options in the settings menu. I have Android 2.2 i have good wiFi connection. Is there a way to download the data with a USB cable and display on the PC screen? The phone screen is so much crowded with Icons. Should be a full screen mode with no icons just the track map.
I have version 4.5

Please help ASAP

Under Trackmaster settings, check Sync Mode and make sure a Google account is listed. Also check the sync times. To manually sync, go to Phone Settings->Accounts & Sync->Google->Sync Trackmaster.

My brother and I both have the same issue. I have tried reinstalling the app. It must have done some sort of synching with the site because it pulled down my user profile and some very old session data (unless that was still stored on my phone).

When I go to Accounts and click on my gmail address there is no option for Syncing Trackmaster.

Sync is enabled on the application. Last sync is blank and next sync is a rolling date/time that is always 6 hours in the future.

OK, it appears that it did eventually sync after the reinstall
