Videos are actually uploaded to Youtube for video storage. I'm wondering if the video files are too large (too long) or if too many attempts have been made. We'll need to collect some logs please:
- Download aLogcat from the Android Market (free).
- Launch aLogcat.
- Verify that you see a lot of messages in the aLogcat window.
- Leave aLogcat (don't Pause or Clear) and go to the Phone Settings.
- Start a Trackmaster Sync under Accounts & Sync.
- Return to aLogcat and wait for the messages to refresh.
- Use the Share option to send the messages to support@trackaroo.com.
